How long do I have to wait for the order?

Production and delivery take up to 3 months on average. The production time depends on the model and the collection. We order the dress immediately after receipt of payment.

Can the finished dresses differ from those shown in the photos?

The dresses you see in the photos are sewn by manufacturers especially for photo shoots. Therefore, the finished dresses look exactly as they do in the photos. Alterations to the dress (lace, flowers, ribbons, etc.) are possible after consultation with the customer.

How do I correctly specify the size?

If you have difficulty determining your size, you can simply take measurements. Enter it in the comments to your order.

I have received the wrong product.

We are very sorry if this happens exceptionally. Even with us it is possible that people make mistakes. If you really have received the wrong product, a different size, color, etc., we will refund 100% of your costs as well as the return shipping. As an apology we will give you an additional 10% discount on your next purchase. If the product still fits you, you can keep the product and receive a 10% refund of the cost of the dress.

I have received a defective product.

We are very sorry, this should not have happened. We check all clothes very carefully before we send them out. If you have received a faulty product, we will refund 100% of your costs as well as the return shipping. As an apology, we will give you an additional 10% discount on your next purchase. I don’t have a standard figure, how can I correctly determine the size

Can I order a custom length for a dress?

Yes, you can order a customized length for each dress free of charge! This saves you money and time for the tailor. Ordering such alterations in advance is especially important if the dress is decorated with lace at the bottom. A customization at the tailor can sometimes cost more than 100 euros.

How do I order a dress according to my religious needs?

We value your religion very much and are ready to customize the dress of your dreams according to the rules of your specific needs. Please let us know how closed the dress should be (up to the neck, including the neck,…), which sleeves you want (opaque with lining, length, etc…). You can also send us the pictures of a sample dress and we will offer you the dress according to your needs.

Can you sew a dress like the one in the photo?

Yes, we can either sew an exact copy if the lace allows it, or make the dress as similar as possible. The pattern of the lace will be coordinated and agreed with you in advance.

Can I do without the dress that was made for me from a picture?

Unfortunately not, as the dress was made just for you.

What right of return do I have?

We work according to Austrian law. You can return standard goods within 14 days from the date of delivery. Custom-made dresses of any kind are expressly excluded from this right of return.

Do I have to pay customs duties or other additional costs?

No, there are no additional costs.

When should I order my dress?

We recommend ordering the wedding dress 6-9 months before the wedding. For custom-made evening dresses, we recommend 4 months before the planned date.

My dress was not delivered on time.

We are very sorry that a delay has occurred. If the confirmed delivery date is exceeded by more than 10 working days, you can return the goods and receive full compensation for the cost of the goods and delivery. As an apology, you will receive a 10% one-time additional discount on your next purchase.

Do I have to pay for shipping?

Yes, the shipping costs are shown separately and are not included in the price of the products.

How can I cancel my order?

You can cancel the order free of charge within 24 hours. You will receive a full refund to your bank account. In all other cases, our cancellation conditions apply.

Our cancellation policy:

Unpaid orders are automatically canceled after 5 days.

If orders are canceled within 24 hours of payment confirmation, you are entitled to a full refund.

If orders are canceled 24-72 hours after payment confirmation, you are entitled to a partial refund consisting of shipping costs and 80% of the purchase price.

If orders are canceled 72-120 hours after payment confirmation, you are entitled to a partial refund consisting of shipping costs and 50% of the purchase price.

If orders are canceled later than 120 hours after payment confirmation, only the shipping costs will be refunded.

Once the goods you have ordered have been dispatched, the order can no longer be canceled.

What should I do if the parcel has been delivered damaged?

If your product has been damaged during transportation, you are entitled to a full refund. When requesting your refund, please send us photos as soon as possible that clearly show the problem with the product and the corresponding courier number. Please also provide us with „proof of damage“ documentation from your courier. Alternatively, you can open the parcel in front of the deliverer and if you find that the product has been damaged, you can refuse to accept it. Then contact us to let us know that you have refused to accept the parcel.

Hochzeitsatelier Irvalda will then either refund you the full amount or deliver a new product if you wish.

The dress is a little tight?

All our dresses are hand-sewn and made to measure, so the finished dress may vary by approx. 2.5 cm in any direction from the measurements given in the order. To make the product perfect for you, our tailors leave extra fabric at the seams so that minor size alterations can easily be made.

What should I do if the dress is different in color?

Your computer’s screen settings may change the color of the photos displayed on Irvalda.com. A slight difference between the color of your dress and the color shown on the screen is not necessarily the result of a defect or incorrect delivery of the goods. However, if you are sure that you have received the goods with the wrong color, contact customer service to see if it is possible to return the goods or get money back.
